    Reloader Problems

Alright, here's the deal...I just recently bought a Reloader kit for my revy. Everything works fine, paddle spins when it hears a shot fired...however, when I'm on the field, it seems to stop working as if it shut down. I'll test it before the game..works, but just a few minutes after the game starts, it stops.

Also, do any of you have any problems with balls getting stuck under the paddle and it literally jams it from spinning? I've tighten down the paddle just enough so it spins freely and isn't too tight for the servo to burn out.

    Any suggestions?

do you have the paddles going the right way? look at the box, make sure, that may be the cause for the balls getting stuck. is the paddle on all the way?

do you have freash batteries? maybe the batteries are not being fully pressed onto the circut board. you might need to bend (very carefully) the prongs for the power out alittle to put presure against the battery contacts.

the only problem i've had is on my matrix, since it was too quiet, and the VL2k shells i think are a bit heavier than emipires. tho i've seen these kits/hoppers on ebladed cockers (no eye) at 15bps and no chops. might be a fluke, but hell, i thought i'd share.

ahh, going to the field with only 500 balls...i love college.

Thanks for the tips...I'll be sure to check it out. I believe I have the paddles going the right way. It's screwed on securely but not too tight. The guy at the shop where I bought it from said I had to be careful I didn't screw it on too tightly or else it'll cause the servo to work too hard. I'll check the prongs too. I believe they are all making contact just fine but I'll double check. Thanks again.
