    Automag Problem! Please help!

OK. Thank you for attempting to help me....
THE PIC IS OF IT WHEN IT IS GASSED UP.
When I put the gas on i hear the click soud it usually makes from the sear getting pushed forward.
When I gas up my 68 Automag with LVL10 the little rod connected to the sear that is pushed back when you pull the trigger isnt coming up far enough. Therefore it doesnt have enough rod to get pushed back to fire the gun. I tried making my sear longer by turning the rod so that it gets longer but it is too hard and I cant turn it. Any ideas? I tried fixing it the ghetto way but that isnt working either. Could this be because I'm low on air because it just randomly started happening like in the middle of a game it was working then it just stopped. Please help fast. Im going paintballin' tomorrow!

i dont know im runnin co2 without a gauge so i cant figure it out, it doesnt weigh very much so i prolly dont have much air, but is that a possible reason for this to happen?

yes it could be low on air or, another idea is check your spring, it maynot be resetting, mostlikely you dont have enough CO2, how i always check my CO2 is to use your finger to flick your tank, if you hear a ring then your tank is filled enough lol if its like a dull noise not ringing like you just hit something solid, you dont have enough CO2

OK, thanks. I have taken apart and put the gun together again like 8 times now. So I'm almost positive it isn't the spring. However, I here a very short ring when I flick my tank. Like a half second of ring. Is that enough air you think?

lol very short ring usualyl is a low tank, next time try to weigh your tank empty and weight it full so you can tell when its getting empty when your tuning your gun, Try the expert's opinion of Tunaman, which mostlikely will work

Thanks. Ok Tunaman. I tried turning the velocity up just a second ago and I turned it clockwise(Right?). Now I screwed in my tank and the click just didnt happen and the rod didn't move forward at all. So it is most likely my air. But keep suggesting problems please people.

                  1) If you cant move your Rod with your hand.....Its most likely not the rod

                  2) If you gass up and your Rod isint being pushed forward into your trigger.....this should be a sign of a low tank.

                  3) a full co2 tank weighs about 4 lbs a empty or near empty weighs about 2lbs.

to me it sounds like you dont have anything to worry about....just refill your tank.
