Your trigger magnet is mis-tuned. Turn it in a 1/4 turn, the problem should go away.

I had the exact problem you've described, and it ended up the HES magnet was a tiny bit too far away.

Er I think it was turn in... Might be out, it was a while ago, but thats the problem.

yeah sounds like it is definately an e-problem. If it is not the magnet setting, then try taking the solenoid plunger out and cleaning it and maybe add a small drop of oil. Check to make sure nothing is bent while your at it.
I was having a similar problem, It turns out that the solenoid assembly was kind of loose, and it it would move a certain way (usually while shooting) it wouldn't fire, it would only click, click. I took off the panel to see what was happenind and the solenoid plunger looked like it was getting stuck in the cylinder. I had to stop the solenoid from moving around, and that stopped the cycle problems.
I recomend putting a piece of bacon in between the solenoid and the grip frame, also put some in the battery pack, this keeps everything from shifting and rattling.

again prolly due to a misalignment of the solenoid plunger/sear rod assy. Gotta be PERFECTLY straight. :-)

Be sure the regulator seat is clean and the gun is not "loading-up". If it is loading up, extra pressure is built up on the on/off pin and the solinoid will not pull the sear. You can tell if it is loading up by the first shot being hot after the gun has been sitting for a few seconds.
