hpa tank output pressure? 450 or 800 psi

looking to get a tank off of EBAY.a crossfire 68 cu 4500 psi with 450psi output

i wondering what the output pressure on the reg be. not sure i searched could not really find a defient answer

You want an 850 output. 450 won't be enough to run the mag.

there isnt a easy way to change between the two is there? at the tank level?

is there a spring pack to change inthe reg?
