My Flatline burst disk keeps bursting

Today was the second time my burst disk in my 68/3000 Flatline popped.

The first time I had prepped my gear, filled the tank, and set it in my truck. The weather changed from cold to hot, and I thought that was the cause. I of course replaced the disk.

Then after playing all day today, my burst disk popped again. It was cold outside, got a full fill, went to dinner, unpacked the truck, and just sitting there the disk popped.

What's up? Is it the cold/hot temps? Something bad in the tank? I just bought the tank used and have not done any maintence for it. I should say that my Crossfire tank, while not full, has never had any of these problems.

    Help!

are your gauges reading properly? or more importantly is the person thats filling your tanks gauges working?
is anyone else who is getting filled at the same place having these probs?

The guages seem fine. Output set at around 800psi. The first time it popped I had personally filled it off a scuba tank. The second time it was a ref at a diff field that filled it.

I did fix it today with my backup burst disk. It seems fine, but it's nowhere near full.

It's the 1-piece assembly, stamped "3k" all over. I might try a AGD specific one.........

The ones stamped 3k are rated to hold 3000 PSI.

The one that should be used as the overpressure in a 3k tank is a 5k burst.

Ohhhhh. Really? I thought it meant it was for 3k tanks, expecting them to have a little give with extra pressure.

Pop at 3k huh? Damn "Pro Shop!" Literally $4 a pop!

Edit: Checking out the photo in the AGD store, I do see the 5K stamp. Man, that shop sold me the wrong ones!
