    X-Valve Emag is slow....

Hey guys, recently got a used X-Valve for my emag. With a regular Emag Valve, the gun shoots sweet, but now with this new X-Valve, it is very slow. I cant seem to get more than about 4 cps. Lvl 10 seems to be working pretty well, so I don't think that is the problem.

    Thanks,
    Brett

I put an X valve in my Emag and I thought the Emag valve shot much smooter and faster. The Emag valve was more reactive. I switched everything around and tried different setups and in the end, I liked my Emag valve way better. So I kept the Emag valve and sold the X valve. Same thing, the X valve just looks cooler and I would rather have my gun work great than look cooler and not work great. Did you switch the on/off pins and quad oring?

68/45 flatline, 800+ PSI. Pressure isnt the problem.

That's what I was thinking too. A standard X-Valve would have a much longer on/off pin, possibly giving some of the problems you listed.

The X-Valve came from an emag, and the on-off pins appear to be the same length.

You should measure the pins, they might all look the same. But normally i thought you would have to switch on offs, thats what i thought.

Yes. You HAVE to switch the on/off pins.

You won't be able to tell the difference between a .750 and .712 pin by sight.

Ill measure both the on/off pins that I have tomorrow. What is the correct length for an Emag?

                          1 oring- .728
                          2 oring- .712

(When you take the on/off valve out, look in the hole.)

                            Any Ideas?

My on/off is .7120. I have two orings inside the valve below the on/off assembly. (larger is whiteish, smaller is black) Any other ideas on how to fix this?
