I just got a xmag like a week ago and I was just wondering how to get the hybread mode working. Electronic mode and manual mode is fine but hybrid mode doesn't shoot at all anyone know what the problem is?

When you say hybrid mode you mean the selector lever is pointing forwards right? Because Hybrid mode is basically mechanical mode with the marker electronics turned on (turn the marker off with the lever forwards and it is then mechanical mode).
If you point the selector lever backwards the marker won't fire at all as the trigger won't move far enough. I treat it as a second safety. -
