    Warp Feed not working.

I have an AGD warp feed that is working inconsitently.

One problem I have found is that the red lead from motor was loose and may be the entire problem. The other problem I am working on is a paint soaked warp sensor. I was able to get the sensor out without breaking it I think. Is there anything about the sensor I should be careful with before I try and clean it and put it back togethor. BTW I got it out by drilling out the post it was set in and pushing it out. Hopefully this does not create a problem. Any feedback would be great. Going to try and solder the lead back on now.

welcome to AO! The AGD warp feed has been known to have bad solder connections, thats not that big of a deal though. As for the sensor, did you have the sensitivity dial, and resistors set up right so the warp will get broken in? If not, turn the blue dial clockwise until the warp spins constantly, then turn it down so it is really sensitive. After a few weeks, it should be broken in and you can turn it down. If you need more help I'm sure others will jump in to give you some more info. Good luck.

Thanks alot for the reply. I did go through the whole setup but have not played with it yet. Only shots with it have been setup so far. Thanks again.

edit: I picked this up used and dont know how much play time it saw before me.
