I usually just use an allen wrench. The magnets stick to the wrench and I pull them straight out.

did the same thing the guys above me said
all i did was put one magenet and a small oring to lighten the trigger pull
also you may want to adjust the pull and the trigger screw to get the best rof

It helps a little bit if you slip the gun into mechanical and pull and hold the trigger. That way the magnet in the trigger is'nt acting against the stack and it's easier touse the allen key to pull them out.

            the MEAT mod

Yeah, you have to put an allen wrench on the magnet, pull the trigger and the magnets should stick to the wrench when pulled out.
The "rare earth magnets" that come stock with e&x-mags are really strong, sometimes just 1 is too much for some people. Some people use weaker magnets in their trigger frames. But then you have to worry about getting the right size. For an experement you can make one of your 3 magnets weaker by heating it with a butane lighter, do it in small segments, like 5 or 10 seconds, and don't burn the house down...mine works really good, my trigger is about as light as the o-ring mod and I didn't have to use an o'ring. If you mess up the first one don't worry you still have 2 extra magnets. good luck!
