AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
All you really need is some fittings and possibly an ASA of some sort (depending on the tank you have) and run a gas line to the valve some how. Is there any prefrence on how you want your gun setup? Im sure then we could come up with what parts you'd need.
Your choice of how to set the gun up will also revolve around if you are planning to run CO2 or nitro. If you plan to use co2 you should consider setting up an expansion chamber type foregrip and a bottom line.
There are so many ways to set up a marker that it is difficult for anyone to tell you exactly how you should do it. It really comes down to personal preference. If you are interested in doing a very simple setup that you can build on later I'd say going with macro line would make things a lot easier at first. You can get macro line kits that have two 90 degree fittings and a 1 foot section of macro line that can be cut to size for about $12. Then all you should need is a duckbill or ASA adapter which is the part your air tank screws into.
From there you can figure out what else you might want to setup your marker in a way that is comfortable for you. Keep an eye on other markers when you play and check out how they are setup. It should give you lots of ideas.
