My bosses old mag and lvl X

My boss dug up his old mag the other day and asked if I could get it working. I cleaned it all up and replaced almost every O-ring, it is an old level 6 or 6.5, has a removable power tube. He the lvl X in the gun and I tuned it and got it working.

Thing is.. I can only get it to 250fps before it starts leaking out the reg, if I am not mistaken.. I need a new spring pack so I can get it to a higher fps, right?

Early level 7's had a removable PT also. Does he want to trade for a newer valve? :)
