I just got a 72/4500 from Tunaman and I have a quick Q. What is the flatline set at pressure wise? I havent gassed it up yet and its doubtful that I will for atleast 2 weeks.

All flatlines are adjustable. You've got a stock flatline (with a HP spring pack), it's adjustable from say 300-1100psi. But, it will regulate best at 700-1000psi. I have a pair of flatlines, one I run on my mags (HP tank) and the other runs a LP spring pack which regulates best at 300-650psi for my angel and other LP guns.
