Short stroking is when you don't pull the trigger long enough to complete a full shot. Pulling it to short to get the job done. the balls will kinda pop out of the barrel. Chuffing is similar but more specific to the UL Trigger, which I don't have so lemme look that up unless someone beats me to an answer.

Chuffing is actually relative to the Lvl 10 Bolt. It's the sound of the air releasing through the bolt instead of chopping the ball.

It just means you are shooting faster then the magic elves are loading the balls into the chamber.

i thought "venting" is what the reg did out the back of the gun when over pressurized, "chuffing" was the lvl 10's thing, and "short stroking" is exactly that and can be done with or w/o the ULT. oh well
...but there's an "I" in SNIPER.

I think that problem is that AGD ran out of elves, so now they have to use micro-sized monkeys..

short stroking is when you pull the trigger, fire the gun, then you dont let is go all the way before pulling it again. with out LX, that is almost always a paint chopping experience. the bolt cycles twice really fast, you can tell when you do it. with LX it wont fire, or it will chuff.....lol. depends on how bad the short stroke is.
