    Troublesome E-Mag problems (LX?)

Ok.. I used both my Flatline and a screw in crossfire tank for this. Both are set at 800 psi. Adjusting my flatline input from anywhere 500-800 does nothing.

I'm pretty sure this has to be a level 10 problem.

Sometimes it will shoot and sometimes it won't. So It starts off not working... But I can't get the vavle out. There is still pressure inside of it... the on/off pin is preventing me from pulling it out. This happend to me before. I ended up almost blinding myself with a on/off firing out of the valve. I also lost it. (I took the rail off, pressed the pin down and pulled it out)

So.. I put it down and curse. *POP* .. Air randomly comes out of my SS hose. That was odd, but I could get the valve out now.
I switch to the medium spring, add a shim in, and gas it up. I works! Woo! I shoot all my air left. I fill it up, doesn't work. I screw around with it, get it to work, play a game. I'm all out of air. I refill it.. .and it doesn't work again. I have to screw around with it every fill. Grr.. and I have a tourney this weekend. Looks like I will be using my Tippmann... AGAIN.

I've never really had good luck with my mags... they all randomly go down. Grrr.

Anyone know how I could possibly make this darn thing actually work when I want it to?

Are you oiling it pretty good? I was about to switch a carrier last saturday but some oil down the powertube fixed that. You may want to check into a slide check also to relieve the pressure between the Flatline and Valve.

Slide check? Is that a quick disconnect? I got two of them on my setup. I oiled the on/off.. but not the tube. I'll try that.

A slide check just bleeds the pressure out of the line. Sometimes quick disconnects are hard to get off under pressure and a slide check fixes that.
