    Hyperframe acting up

I've been running a centerflag hyperframe for most of this season with no troubles at all. By the end of the last day I used it, it started to act up. It would fire five or six shots then quit, the LCD still lit up "fire" but no shot.
At first I figured it was the battery, wrong, replaced it and had the same problem. I made sure the on/off (which is the stock emag on/off with a retro pin length) was well oiled and replaced the sear to no avail.

Last night was the first chance I had to really play with it. Another new battery and a couple of fresh HPA tanks and the problem was still there. Checked all the connections on the board and cleaned everything. I installed a stock RT on/off, nothing, wouldn't fire at all. I then dropped the centerflag on/off in and it acted just like the emag o/f. She would fire in semi but when you tried to rip on the trigger it would miss pulls then quit till you degassed and reset.

This is where it got fun, I figured I'd try the ULT on/off. She fired all right, went full auto on every setting. With the board set to semi it would fire then basically bounce until you pulled the trigger again. Each setting produced the same effect.

So basically I'm lost on this one. I assume if I were to turn the power down with the ULT in it would fire correctly, but it worked flawlessly with the emag o/f before. The lvl X is set perfectly with the 2 shims, 1.5 carrier, and the shortest spring. New sear and fresh orings.

BTW this is the new centerflag 20bps board.
Edit: The board was set to Hitech's settings from his FAQ

Check the bolt and sear for wear on the surfaces where they touch.

Checking for wear is a good idea. Do that first. If there is none, the solenoid may have moved. Check the gap between the sear leg and the solenoid. However, you should be able to get the ULT working correctly in "mech. mode" and use that. You can probably change the settings for the solenoid dwell to save battery life. However, having never used a ULT , much less used one with a hyperframe I can't tell you what settings will work.

On/off pin length or solenoid positioning are the most likely problems. A properly setup ULT will solve the on/off pin length.

        Thanks guys,
Both the bolt and the sear are new so there shouldn't be any wear. The pin length is 0.750, the possibility that the solenoid has moved seems to be the only explanation. Seeing as it performed flawlessly for 4 or 5 months of play.
        I'll check that first.

I have had that happen before to my wifes hypermag. I smacked the back of the valve and all was good again. I know its not "technical" but worked.
