gun wont stop leaking

my gun wont stop leaking down the barrel, the bolt goes forward but dosent come back, even when i fire. with my ULT it starts leaking right away when i put my tank but with my original on/off it only stats when i pull the trigger.
i have the smallest carrier (i tried a bigger one nothing changed)with no shims in my lvl 10 and 5 shims in my ULT.i tried changing the black o-ring on the back of the carrier and the RT regulator seat o-ring in it still leaked. does anyone know what i could do to fix it?

p.s. i just got it back from airgun they installed both the lvl 10 and ult. it was workingfinewhen i got it but yesterday when i tryed it it was leaking.

You might wanna switch back to the original On/off so you can fix Level x first and then figure the ULT out. Which spring are you using? The directions recommend starting w/ the medium, red, one first. It may sound weird but sometimes a little oil can work wonders! A few drops down the powertube may help. On a side note changing the black o-ring on the carrier usually isn't needed. I'd make sure you have a full tank to. Running out or low on air can cause some problems too. Good luck:)

im using the stock spring, i oiled the thing prety good and my scuba is getting low so i can only fill my tank up to 2000 psi, i dont know if this changes things but my gun isnt leaking a little bit, im talking about a leak that emptied my tank at 2000 psi in like 5-10 seconds.

That seems odd that it's leaking that much using the smallest carrier. Usually using a smaller carrier fixes leaks. Have you tried a different oring? I'm assuming you have everything installed in the correct order?

I tried changing o-ring #2 and 3 nothing changed. and yes everything is in that order exept i dont have any shims in it.

Lets get the level 10 working first.

Put the original on/off assembly in the gun. Check your o-rings for blemishes as you assemble. Apply a bit of good quality airtool oil. Don't overdo the oil in the on/off.

Now test fit the carrier with o-ring onto your bolt. It should go one with some resistance but you shouldn't have to force it too hard. Assemble the powertube assembly. Apply a bit of oil to all the o-rings here as well. Don't use any shims. Use the shortest bolt spring. Once you get this setup working and firing properly, move up to the next longer(red) spring and increase the velocity adjustment.

After the level 10 is working properly and the gun is firing reliably, put the ULT in. Start with only a couple of ULT shims. Increase the number of shims until the gun starts to leak when the trigger is held. you should be able to hold the trigger at the point where the gun just fires. There should be no leaking out the powertube. Note, however, that you have to be aware of leakdown due to the level 10 residual pressure. This could be evident for a moment or two after you hold the trigger. It will stop if the on/off assembly is working properly.

the thing is that i cant get the thing to stop leaking , im using the .5 carrier because the smallest one fits on but is pretty tight, im not using any shims and im using the stock spring whitch is the shortest. even with the smallest carrier the gun still leaks like crazy, the more i screw my tank in the more it leaks. maybe its an oring in the back of the valve but i dont really know anything about that part.

If it's leaking from the back where you adjust the velocity, back it out a little. That's a relief that vents when there is to much pressure.
