    E-Mag ?'s

Hey people i just bought my first emag and i was wonderin a couple of things.
First: Where and how do i send it in to get the software flashed to 3.2?
Second: What is the best impute pressure for the emag valve?

If anyone could help me on either of these it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

best input pressure I heard was around 850
and that it about the norm for most preset screw in N2s

and to get the board flashed to 3.2 you can send it in to AGD and they will do it -costs 20$ in return shipping
However there are a few ighly reputable guys on this forum that you can send your gun to and they will also do it

Yep. BlackVCG flashed my gun. The update is definately better. Get an adjustable tank and set the pressure at about 900 psi and the trigger will have awesome "reactiveness".

What about the E-Magnum Board? How does speed compare?

        Just curious.

you don't need trigger reactiveness with an emag.
some people even take the trigger rods out because of reactiveness causing malfunction/bounce in emags.

3.2 software has shot buffering that the emagnum doesn't have.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

Right, I should have been more clear. When the gun is in manual mode, with no electronics, the trigger has an awesome bounce, or reactiveness, with an adjutable tank.

Can you send in just the board?

                    Hi,

Just bought an emag used from someone, and I noticed it powers up with "AGD 1.37"

My guess is that this is a *really* old version and I want to upgrade it. Two questions:

                    1) Is it possible to remove the board from the emag and still use the gun in manual mode?

                    2) If the above is true, would AGD be able to flash the board and return it to me?

                    Thanks,
                    LTU

i think you have to send in the entire trigger frame.

                        *SIGH*

You're right. I took off the grip, and it is too much of a roayl pain in the rear to take the sear out of the solenoid (or desolder the solenoid).

You typically need to get a return authorization number from them prior to sending your gun in.
