Anyone have double detents?

I notice that a lot of guns coming out are bragging about their "Dual ball Detents" does this actually help the balls to fly straighter??

If so, does anyone drill ULE bodies to accept another detent?

All a detent does is hold the ball in place. It has no real effect on paintball flight.

Air source consistency, paint, paint to barrel match. THAT has an effect.

I heard that a single ball detent could put a spin on the ball causing it to curve a little, does this seem right?

just wondering because I get a little curve with my ule body on my emag, and I use the same balls all the time matched with my stiffi barrel

The ball is past the detent before the gun even fires. You got other issues, like the paint...
