    Horrible efficiency! Just horrible!

Well, I love my E-Mag to death, but I cannot let this inefeciancy continue. It's horrible, and I can't even get through a game with a 3000. I have to use my teamatees 68/4500. Even then, I can take like 20 shots and watch it drop an insane amount. We did a test on my tank, and I started with exactly 4000psi, and right off the break I dumped a stream of paint, and got hit off the break very soon after. The stream wasn't long, but I came off the field with 3000 psi left. What could be the problem here!
    Specs:
    Ule body
    lvl 10
    cut middle spring
    2 shims
Not positive of the carrier, but it was installed by AGD with no leaks
    Gun is not leaking
Using a 14" freak with the right insert for the paint

If you need to know anything else, just let me know.

How many pods are you trying to shoot per game?

    On a 72/4500 I can throw a full Halo & 6-7 pods. That's half a case.

A 3000 system really doesn't give you the kind of air you need as a back, mid player. It'd be ok for a front, but 4500 is really the way to go anymore.

I play back. I got off about 4 with a 68/3000. Am I just imagining that it's eating air, or am I just shooting more than I think I am?

Actually, you're shooting about what you should be with a 3000 system.

For a back player, a 4500 system is a MUST. Your job is to throw paint and scare people. You can't do that while trying to conserve air.

        Think in terms of this

        10 shots/ cubic inch on a 3000 system= 680
        15 shots/ cubic inch on a 4500 system= 1020

Keep in mind, this is a ROUGH estimate. But look at how much more you can shoot for the tank. Time to start looking for an upgrade dude.

Yeh, I have a 4500 now from a teamate...maybe I'll go 5000...I'm trying to find something nice to dump 400 bucks in.

Don't bother with the 5000. Not many places can fill it.

Also, you can have a screw in 4500 for around $200.

If you want adjustable, go Flatline. The 72/4500 is around that price. Contact Tunaman about them. He's in NJ and would probably be easier to get them from.

Hmmm, where in NJ is he? I could really use this tank before we play gpl on sunday. I would drive to him and pick it up if he was close enough...hrmmmm.

I could probably get there from branchville, not a horrible ride. I'll have to contact him.
