Adjusting Morlock Board Rate of Fire?

    http://www.exarin.com/products/morlockman.html
I follow the directions. Hold the trigger turn it on.. The light flashes and then goes off. It is now ready to accept an entry I hit the trigger 6 times to select ROF adjustment. After that I am supposed to select 1 click (add to) 2 clicks (subtract) or 3 clicks (set exactly). I'm not sure exactly what to select here. I've tried all 3. After this I believe I am supposed to enter the number of milliseconds to adjust the timing. After I select 1 2 or 3 the light is supposed to flash twice and then I am to change the number of milliseconds. I can't find anywhere where it explaings how to do this... is 1 click 1 millisecond or 10 or ? I believe the stock ROF setting is 100ms. I think I want to add to this to increase the rate of fire but again I'm not sure.

Basically I would appreciated help from anyone who has some experience with these board would like to have this up and going by the weekend.

    Thanks in advance.

      morlock boards

A good friend of mine had a Morlock Board in his EMag. At first it worked very well, so well I was tempted to buy one. Pretty soon it started having the same problems you are describing. We just put his 1.37 AGD board back in and it shot just as fast as my EMag. So I would just try putting your stock parts back in. I was also wondering if ANYBODY knew about how I could get my hands on a faster AGD pcb board. Any replies would be really awesome.

I have one in a tribal and it is working great at 17bps.
Here is what you need to do:
First i would sugest you perform a reset of the board:
            1) Hold the trigger while you turn on the power
            2) The light will come on then off, keep the trigger pressed until the light flashes 5 times.
            3) when the light goes off again the reset is complete and you can start programing.

To program the board for an emag at 18bps you need to have a sol1 on time of 30ms and a holdoff or ROF timer of 25ms. The total cycle time of 55ms is about 18.2 bps. If you want it faster lower the ROF timer (20ms = 20bps, 15ms = 22bps, ect)

            To program the sol1 time:
            1) enter the programing mode (as you were doing already).
            2) hit the trigger 3 times and wait for the light to finish flashing (to enter the sol1 timer register)
3)hit the trigger 3 more times and wait for the light to finish flashing (to set the exact time)
4)hit the trigger 30 times (to set the ms) and wait for the light to finish flashing. You can turn the marker off now or continue to program the board from the begining.

To set the ROF do the same as above but hit the trigger 6 times on the first group. 3 times the second group, and 25 times on the third group of presses.

I hope this helps, if you need more info or help about it contact me by PM, e-mail or Windows Messenger ([email protected])

            Later,
            Raul
