    Self filling HPA tanks

    Quick Question:

    Just curious here.

    I've got a 68/3000 flatline and a crappy 45/3000 steel crossfire and a 3000 psi remote.

If I fill my 68/3000, then turn it to max pressure (1100psi or so output), screw it into the remote, and connect the quick disconnect on the remote to the fill nipple on my other tank, can I fill it to 1100 psi?

Wondering, cause my field sells by 'all day air' and the 45/3000 can be used on my phantom (doesn't need much air).

    Thanks.

It is PHYSICALLY possible to fill from tank to tank like that. We hooked a flatline up to another tank and filled it. Keep in mind, the source tank needs a higher pressure than the target tank.

This is possible, i transfered 800 psi from one of my tanks to another. I lost about 30-40 psi from the disconnecting and what not.. It was just something i thought up as 'lets see if i can' at the spur of the moment.
