    building first mag.....sear question

    Guys-

I'm building a mag with an Intelliframe and X-valve, problem is I'm not sure how to get the sear correctly installed into the intelli, which came completely gutted. It doesn't seem like there is anywhere on the frame for the roller pin to sit through....

What do I need to get this sear in? Thanks!

    ***Edit***
Ok, figured out that roller pin sits in the rail about 2 minutes after I posted this...can you tell this is my first mag? But also, how do you ensure the sear rod is gonna stay on the trigger so that when it's pulled the sear engages?

The sear sits in the rail, not the intelliframe.

There's a pin that goes through the sear that it rotates on, and you just drop that assembly into the rail.

When it's gassed up, the on/off pin pushes the sear down and forward.

DO NOT adjust the trigger rod in anyway. There is supposed to be a gap between the trigger and rod.
