I am trying to make my automag 68 level 7 better for c02. Which is better either an anti-siphon tank or a remote tank mounted vertical on my back. I know you don't want both. Then also an expansion chamber will help. Which of these will help the most. I was thinking remote with expansion chamber. Any suggestions. Thanks. Also I have a PMI drop down. With a remote it is kind of pointless to have the dropdown. If the remote helps a lot more than an anti-siphon tank. Then I might want to. Thanks for any suggestions.
Best upgrades for C02 automag??

I'm not sure if anyone has done tests to see which is better, remote or anti-siphon. Both have there own advantages and disadvantages. A remote would probably be a quicker and more versatile solution. An antisiphon tank would have to be adjusted to your ASA, meaning that it would only work good on that gun, unless you moved your ASA around from gun to gun. It really is a matter of personal preference. Do you wanna have a hose running to a tank on your back or carry the whole weight of the setup on your arms? -
i used to run a micromag with a remote and gas thru stock and benchmark 6 stage expansion chamber. worked well.
as stated in my response in your other post, i also had a mag with a tippman expansion chamber and antisiphon tank.
i like both for different reasons.
i do reccomend an 8 hole mod and reactor on/off valve. lots of people say these don't add anything in performance, but i disagree. shootdown is gone, trigger gets a small degree of reactivity and is smoothed up enough to make it all worth it. in my opinion, that is the best way to go when using c02.
Florida peeps...step up!!
