Well it shouldn't have had any rust on it since the valve is made out of stainless. First I would suggest oiling it well. Then buy a parts kit, and go through the gun and replace any o-rings that aren't in good shape. Make sure the trigger rod is in the proper place (it should have about a credit cards width between it and the trigger when gassed up).

Oh yeah, does it have a level ten bolt?
Sadly the mag is gone, moved on to an LCD Trix

Make sure the nipple on the ASA isn't pushing the valve pin too far in on the CO2 bottle. This can actually shut the flow of gas off. Try putting an o-ring in the ASA to prevent the bottle from going on so far and see if it helps.

Buy a parts kit. They cost $20 and right now you don't pay shipping you just pay a $2 handling fee. You invest a total of $22 more and replace every seal in your gun (even if they don't look worn), and in the rebuild kit you get a new bolt spring. That has everything you need.

And yes you probably need to replace everything because if there was rust or other miscillaneous junk inside your valve then it is all pretty funky in there. You will essentially have a like new gun because everything in there will be new and working perfectly. You won't have to worry if something else is going to fail later. It will all be replaced.

I had problems with my mag last week, and I didn't believe that the seals could be the only problem. I ordered the parts kit replaced it all and it works like new again. Don't be a doubter, just go ahead and order it and make your gun work like new again.

And you don't have to get a Level 10 yet. It will make a great upgrade, but is not essential your gun will work without it (but might chop if your loader doesn't load fast enough). If you need to save your money just get the parts kit now, and wait until later to get the lvl 10.

          Good luck.

Yes, you should have a parts hit on hand anyway. Any used gun should have all the o-rings changed when you purchase it. That way you know you are starting clean.

What was it you replaced? Check the on off orings real good. Like already suggested I would get a parts kit and just replace all the orings at once.

I remember when I ran co2, my gun did somethin similar (only fired once and the trigger would stick back, until i degassed it). New bolt spring fixed it.
