I was over at KRAK'S house seeing how to remove Anodizing.
He did a little research on this method and had to give it a try
IT FRIGGING WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1) Pre heat your oven to 250-325* and put your part in for around 15-20 minutes to warm up (remove ALL electronics)
2) Put a drip pan larger that the part you are cleaning below the rack you have the part on (cake pan works great)
3) After the part is to temp. Use Oven Cleaner. Don't be scared, use a lot!!! And you will see the anodizing just drip off the part...
4) after you have the part stripped of the anodizing, you will have to polish the metal. I would start off by using 1000 grit sand paper and then go to 2000 grit, followed by a good polish and you should come out with a mirror finish.
Good luck
I assume no responsibility for you damaging your parts. This method worked fine on KRAK's and my parts!
