    Kudos to AGD warranty support

    Had to send a battery & charger in to AGD, (cost me $5 to do it via priority mail - best deal on shipping, by the way). John called me as soon as he got the package, and within 30 minutes it was diagnosed and we had worked out replacement and return shipping to my great satisfaction.

    Just thought I should post this as a counterpoint to some recent discussions.
