    halo eyes not detecting

    help!

i broke a ball that splooged into the feedneck and gunked the eyes. i disassembled and cleaned everything thouroughly twice and no dice-the eyes do not stop the feeding and the z code kicks in.

i got it at the cup and have only gotten one good days use out of it. i called odyssey and left a message. no call back as of yet.

anyone have any ideas? and yes, i put it back together correctly both times-no left over parts :)

thanks for any assistance anyone can offer!

I know when I called Oddysey, it took them like a week to call back, but they did call back and actually left a very detailed message about how to handle my problem! But hopefully someone on here has the answer for you!

Any possibility that you got paint inside the eye if its a two piece eye? (I dont have oen so i wouldnt know)

Black or dark shelled paint also wont work :)

Yeh, same thing happened to mine. Take it apart again, and just double clean everything.

            thanks guys.

even with the eyes out of the neck and coverd by my hand, it still kept spinning. i'll try cleaning them again though. can't hurt.

check the connections you have for the eyes. its possible a connection may have come loose suring disassembly.

wires checked and re-checked. no breaks or frays etc.

should a halo run when the eyes are disconnected from the board
