Tom: question about x-mag breeches and patents

Would I get sued if I made some x-mag breechs with angel threads instead of press fit feed necks? Also if I was allowed to make said breeches would + or - .0002 to my existing breech be close enough tolerances to avoid voiding my warrenty?
