Star Warranty Program & X-Valves

I have a minimag with 4 stars and am planning on upgrading to an x-valve. Is there a similar warranty system provided with the x-valve--not that I will ever probably need it!

I doubt it. The xvalve has less parts than a classic valve, so it is pretty easy to work on. I don't know if the star system is in effect w/ the x valve. My x valve doesn't have any stars on it and its only a few months old.

I read recently regarding the warranty program that all X-valves and RT Valves have the equivalent of two stars and some older classic valves, even if they have all four stars, will not receive any free support.
