Retro Valve tips?

Please someone help!! I love my mag, many times over, but I don't understand how to set up my valve. Is the Retro Valve suppose to have a trigger bounce? I was under the impression that it did, but mine does not. I have had it for quite sometime now and still don't want to mess up the valve. My instructions were lost, long story........... Can I get another copy, or can someone please clue me in? Please help me complete my masterpeice! Thanks!!

I have a 114 ci 4500 hp (800) preset tank. Do I need something diff? Or is there another way to get the trigger to bounce?
