Z Mag owners, do you need a barrel?

I emailed lapco direct and they replied that they will add the barrel to their product list this coming monday (dec 15th). They will be adding the .697 bore lapco bigshots with the cocker threading needed to use the z mag effectivly. I dunno alot about the vortex, is it the same as the z mag? if so, it'll be easier for you guys as well.

I'm confused by your post since I bought the barrel you speak of nearly a year ago.
