on the ANS Xtreme Flow Valve (On/Off Top) does the pronged side face the sky or the ground when the valve is out of the gun?

From what I can tell, ANS parts should face the garbage can, along with any other aftermarket valve parts, they never seem to last or work quite as long/well as the stock parts, especially since the stock parts are optimized in their original forms.... thought id mention it, and sorry I cant help on the orientation of the on/off top
