    leak down the barrel again!!!

okie im on the smallest carier, ive used the same oring went from 2 shims to no shims everything is oiled and yet there is a leak again, not to mention the random bolt stick.I really dont know what to do,I have talked to a agd tech and he said replace the white spacer before the carrier i did and that worked for about 500 shots.is it possible that I got a bad valve?Ive only put maybe 3 cases thru this xvalve and im constantly changing the carrier to adjust for leaks, now I have no more carriers to go down to?

Have you tried any of the other o-rings. Maybe that's just a bad one?

I was told that I should keep using the same o-ring while changing the carrier size.Ill try it though, next step is getting a refund.

If you have to be on the lowest carrier to work, you shouldn't use that oring. This is the reason why- you can't move down another carrier size.

It's no reason to get pissy over. Orings wear in. They all come in slightly different sizes. It's the way they are made/work.

Use a new level 10 oring in a 2 carrier and start the process over.

Yeh, same thing happened to me. I went down carrier sizes with the same O-Ring, and when I reached the smallest carrier, I figured I had to change that stupid O-Ring Just think of how nice it's going to be when it's all done

Best advice I can give would be to put on another one, it can't hurt, eh?
