ok, i don't have a superbolt, but on the AGD website it says that you use a knife to remove it or something? i thought it was just a simple slide off, and a slide on for a new delrin sleeve...anyone know how to do this? TK? Techs?

Well... the sleeve looks like it has a retaining ridge that snaps over another ridge line on the bolt frame. It's a tight fit... I don't think it's gonna be sliding off. The one I saw Tom use as a demo, he had cut the sleeve with a knife down the side to peel it off.
Then you can slide the new one on and past the ridges to snap it into place.
Make sense... having a hard time explaining it right now but I hope that helps.

did he cut down lengthwise? from bottom to the top of the bolt?

exactly... cut it lengthwise and then it expands and will slide off.
