the screw on the actual noid is stripped I was wondering if there was any other ways to get it out then drillong it becuase I dont feel like taking the risk of screwing up the noid thanks in advance,

If you are worried about drilling, send it to AGD. When my ground screw needed to be re-tapped, it only cost 16 dollars for them to fix.
