    how do i remove 4-way shaft

    Can anyone tell me how to remove the four way shaft from the four way? Ty

    Take off whatever frame you are using, and be careful not to bend the actuator rod. Then just slide out the shaft.

      im rebuilding a 96 cocker it doesnt slide out lol. which way do i "pull" it out?

        Wow, 96 you say....I'm not fimiliar with cockers THAT old, but if it's anything like 2k+ cockers, it should have the actuator rod, collar, and shaft. You can take off your fram, and unscrew the actuator rod from the collar. Then you can pull the collar out and the shaft should come with it. Assuming I know what I'm talking about...which I doubt I do

            hey jewie do yourself a favor and read the entire forum description. If you would take the time to read you would notice it says all guns at the end. thanx anyway but I figured it out myself. There happens to be a clip that must removed after the coupler for a 96 cocker.
