Micro is'nt good line. It breaks alot, and resticts flow.
If you want something like that, get good macro line. Macro is stronger, and not as restricing. Steel brained is the strongest, and will last the longest. Many people don't like it though, its main disadvantage is you cannot make your own cusome leanths.

      Here is what i think

I think you should get a kapp drop zone drop forward(what i got) and rune steel braided hose instead of micro. Steel braided hose is so much more reliable and it doesnt break as much. Also with your micro it always comes loose and you loose all your nitro....

I'm currently using a PMI Perfect Craddle with 15in steel hose. I love it. I would use nothing elese but steel hose. I don't trust that crappy looking plastic hose. Its a great setup, I have the hose running from the valve down to the craddle. Direct connection from the tank to valve, best way to go. It Works great and looks great too! Give it a try.

what length of hose did u use for that mag man?? it sounds like a good idea and its most likely what i'm going to do, but i know the steel braided hose i have now is too short. I'm also thinking of getting a vertical foregrip so the direct hose will be my best option, and it leaves less things to break. thanx for the help magman

              drops

It doesn't really matter which drop forward you get. It all depends on how much you want to spend. I find that Shocktech drop forwards look good on any gun. The KAPP drop zone usually looks good on bigger guns like shockers, angels, etc. What hose you get depends on personal preference. Microline is crap...stay away from it. Steel line is the best and most reliable but I think it looks pretty crappy on guns. Macroline doesn't break often. It's only happened to one person I know and it was b/c they bought 32 degrees macroline, which sucks. If you want "pretty" looking hose then go for the macroline, but otherwise get stainless steal. Usually people run their hoses toward the back of the gun and then down, but if you have a forgrip (not necessarily gas through) then it won't look wierd if you run it toward the barrel and then down.

                Suggestion

Get macroline and a Drop Zone 2.. you will also have to get a stubby adapter. It will be costly unless you get it off ebay or find someone selling one used.

You would think 15in hose is to long, so did I before I got it, but once your put it on, you relize its the perfect length to run from valve to craddle. Feel free to look at my current hose setup.

Is it a good idea to mount a dz 2 drop backwards?

                    .

I like the CP Flame drops. They make a real nice on/off ASA as well. 12"SS steel braided w/a QD.

Does that on/off fit on a rail or is it attached with screws? I have a simple drop and would like to add an on/off, but it doesn't have the Armagedeon rail.
