    ule automag project

hey guys has anyone seen the new tech article at WARPIG? http://www.warpig.com/paintball/tech...tguns/automag/ ulemag/index.shtml I am thinkin about building this marker from parts like it is described cuz it looks sick and it is mad light a quick. I think it will be a cool project and I will end up with a unique marker.I was wondering what you guys think and where I can get cheap parts for this project. Also if anyone can maybe give me an estimate of about how much those parts will run me that would be awesome. I really appreciate the input. thanx

All those parts can be had by ordering them from the AGD store.

You're looking at ~600 just for body, rail, valve, gripframe.

A better solution is to go for the AGD Build your own RT PRo program. You can customize it as you like, and it'll be much more cost effective.

Yep, for about $399 you could get a ULE RT Pro from AGD.

Yeah, I just read the same review on WARPIG, and I think it looks cool. Can you mount a foregrip on the front of the ULE, like one's on the E and X Mags (the big fat thing that looks like AMG foregrips)? Would it be good to try this kit or just stick with my stock Impulse?

On an Emag and Xmag, that's the battery.

I just realized that a shot time ago. Now, could I use a battery housing on a ULE, and just leave the inside of it hollow. I like the looks of it and would like to use it as a foregrip. I am wanting to build one like on Warpig, and Id need a foregrip, cause I got fat hands.

Sadly no. The battery cover is hollow and attaches by a field strip screw in the front.

That sucks. Is there anything that would work on it?

This is probably what you are looking for:

This is a combo of Roguefactor and AGD parts. The grip in particular is an AGD gas-through and fits large hands well.

You really want to try a search or at least cruise the forums on this issue. THere is a LOT of info. Search using Roguefactor, or just look in the dealer forum.
