Lvl X problems help fast please

I just got this used X-Valve and the Lvl X is leaking out of the front of the bolt and sometimes it just wont fire. I am using a really long spring, the carrier with 2 lines on it, and 2 shims. It's all oiled up and all the o-rings are new. I've tried everything; changed carriers, more and less shims, and different springs.

go down a half or a full carrier size, and dont forget to use the same carrier oring all the time
