this may be a question that can be answered by the techs.

what is the material in the retro bumpers, are they Polyurethane, Urethane (Polyethylene Elastomer), or Polyethylene to make them clear, and what are the classic bumpes made of to make them blue?

Both are urethane, they just have different durometer ratings.

The blue ones are that way because that's the dye they use when they make the stock from which to cut the bumpers.
