    level 10?

I just got a level 10 bolt and im installing it. I started w/ the smallest carrier and went up from there. Once i put in one that leaked i went one down. With that one, the trigger is pushed out like theres air in the gun. I pull the trigger and nothing happens. Every 75th time or so i pull the trigger a little sound(like air is coming out of the barrel) happens. My friend said just keep pulling the trigger over and over until that becomes more frequent, then it will start fireing. Is that right? If it is not then what should I do?

i've used that, but i need to know if I should just pull the trigger over and over to get it to shoot, or am I just wasting my time?

Go to a bigger carrier. You went the wrong way. You start big and go small, not small, and go big.

Start at a 2, and go from there, no shims.

go a step down in springs? if you're using too hard/long of a spring then you won't get a shot off at all.

pressure can also be your problem, turn your reg up a hair until you hear a slight pop (of your on off pin fully re-seting)

            just my thoughts

how much air do you have ? anything below like 1000 psi wont work ... also as stated before oil down the powertube works wonders

Where did the Old AO go?

i got a crossfire 4500 psi preset at 800psi. I just got it filled so i started w/ bout 4300psi, and now i have about 3200psi.

WHAT I REALLY NEED TO KNOW IS THAT AM I WASTING MY TIME PULLING THE TRIGGER OVER AND OVER?

If the bolt isn't moving, yes, you are wasting your finger's time!

earlier today i noticed that every time i pull the trigger and the noise happens, the bolt is actually moving about one centimeter forward.

uh .. put in a smaller spring and also you should maybe remove some shims from the power tube ..

Have you tried turning the velocity up w/ your current settings?

Turn up the velocity and try this shortcut. Use the medium spring, 2 shims, and 1.5 carrier. This should be good enough to get things running. Make sure to oil the power tube o-ring in the carrier.

i was on vacation and when i got back the same settings were leaking just a little bit. so i went down one carrier. WHen i did that, i tried turning up the velocity and it started to leak, when i pulled the trigger the leak stopped and the bolt moved forward about one centimeter and got stuck.

                              Im gonna try jewies settings
