Well today I played with my mag for the first time in a real game. Thing was, it was insanely loud...louder than my spyder. I thought it might have been the velocity, but I was chroning at 285fps. I was using anti-siphoned CO2...the scuba shop is closed untill the third. However, when I first got it a few days ago, I dry fired it a few times with my 68/30, and was just as loud.
I know that mags are supposed to be much quieter than spyders, and only a tad louder than 'cockers.
I don't know why it was so loud...I was using an armson 8" barrel, because I haven't gotten around to get a nubbin or barrel o-rings for my boomy yet.
Any suggestioinson what to do?
My setup(if it helps): Chrome minimag body, blade intelliframe, dye gas thru, CP flame drop w/ CO on/off, 12" boomstick, 8" armson.
