    Help! Mag trouble resetting sear

    Hi All,

Pulled my Level 7.0 CP/PF out of the closet not too long ago. Stopped by AGD last week and bought a full parts kit and Level X. Spent second half of last week going through and replacing ALL the o-rings to ensure nothing had become plastic. When I gas up (both CO2 & N2), there is a slight leak down the barrel, when I pull the trigger it stops. However, it takes several seconds for the gun to reset the sear to the firing position. Just for kids sake, I removed all of the Level X hardware and replaced it with stock to simplify troubleshooting. Any ideas?

      bolt stick

L7 - use longer PT spacer

LX - use larger carrier and/or add shim(s)

also, make sure that ALL o-rings are generously oiled - especially on/off and PT o-rings

Um, my Level 7 doesn't have a spacer. But I will tear it down and lube everything. Does anyone know the symptoms of a gun with a worn out spring pack (at the rear of the gun)?

i think you are referring to the regulator piston. If this is worn you will probably vent air out the rear when you try to get the velocity up. Level 10 will sometimes push you over the brink as it requires more pressure. The newer reg pistons are set to blow off at higher pressure.
