Try going to your local Fire Department and ask where they get there tanks hydroed.

theres a fire equipment place nearby me, they hydroed it and did a visual eddy all for 30, and they got it done in 2 days.

I came across this website somewhere and saved it for when I need it. They seem to specialize in small tanks and say they won't mess your tank up.

I've never used them, but you can check em out.
