            'Mag v. 'Cocker

Wow, <sarcasm> haven't ever seen this debate before </sarcasm>

            I have 8 guns total, 3 I use most:
            a) Free Flow Autococker
            b) Angel SE (LED)
            c) Center Feed E-Mag

Now, you might be asking a few questions ... like which one is better. Sorry - I cannot tell YOU which is better, that's for YOU to decide. How do you decide? By getting your hands on any and every gun you can, shoot them, play a day with them (hopefully you know people) etc ... then decide for yourself. You do a good search on the internet & forums, you'll get responses like the previous ones (which are still good answers)

Now, I'm open fir discussion of this topuc over email if you'd like, I'll give you answers to MY Preference, since I cannot tell you waht you would like ... Hope this helps a bit to understant why the 'Mag v. 'Cocker debate is just a tad stale. As Tom (and probably others) have said ... many "people will just end up owning both" ...

whoa, lets just all take it easy, this guy only has 5 posts. What you can do, is at the top right corner of the screen it has a search box...go to that and type in Autococker and Automag, and see what ya get. Actually...I was looking for the same thing as this guy, cause I was recently talking to a friend who was thinking about either an Automag or an Autococker...and I didn't even think to do a search. Have fun learning that an Automag is the best

                Big9,

Welcome to the fourm!! Sorry you asked the "question" but you see everyone is really friendly. I am the president of AGD and I will answer you.

The Mag is for people who want to just go play and not worry about much else. It can be customised etc but generally making it work or tuning it up is not a high priority.

The Cocker is a gun you get to play with all week. This is not meant in a derogatory manner it just is a fun gun to fool around with. You can customize it until your eyes turn red etc and people just expect to have to time it and fool with it regularly.

Besides that its personal preference, most people end up owning both at some time.

tom is right(as always) i have owned both and chose the mag for quality, no external moving parts(stupid backblock kept hitting me in the mask and all the weight of the back block and bolt shifting ruined my accuracy on a cocker), and overall cheaper(and many more reasons)

ps welcome and my post is confusing just not your head and say uh-huh

Haha.. Oops. I didn't mean to sound hostile.

Personally, I'm saving for a cocker because I've wanted one for a long time. If I didn't think it was a good gun I wouldn't consider it. First thing I'm gonna do: Tear it apart! I'd say that a mag is better to start with, because it's easier to learn and to deal with. But when it boils down to performance, they are very similar.
