Fill Nipple always gets stuck

The fill nipple on 68/45 Hyperflow always gets stuck to the female end of the airup. Like when i get air the hose gets stuck on my fill nipple.

Ive got a tourney coming up and I really dont want to be sitting there like an idiot with my fill nipple stuck.

This happy to anyone else? And if so can I buy any fill nipple to replace it?

My Flatline gets stuck at one of the fields. I thought it might be that the quick disconnects are a little dif. I've heard that there are 4.5k and 3k nipples. Looking at some of my male QD's you can see that some have a bigger collar on them than others tho. I just found a male QD part that fits the fill station and a female QD that fits my fill nipple and hooked them together to make a connector.

Check the male nipples locking grove,were the balls in the female end sit. If there is a burr forming it will cause it to stick. If that's happening get a new nipple,because I will not tell you to file it off untill you get the new one.
