RT valve backing out during fire!!!

While i was shooting my Emag i noticed it started to leak out of the seperation of the valve. I grabbed it and twisted and it turned about 1/4 inch. I was wondering if it was ok to teflon tape it. I just want to make sure so that i dont break anything. Better to ask now than to pay later.

    Thanks!!!

I don't think you should have to do that. Mine is on finger tight (I used a piece of leather to grip it well), and it yielded zero problems so far.

You need to make sure it has the roll pin in the valve body. That prevents it from backing out too far. Go ahead and replace the reg. valve body o-ring after making sure the roll pin is in place.

my mag did that, but i replaced the o-ring that goes around the reg, and it was fine from there on.
