First Mag in a long Time. Please help me tune it.

Ok, here's the dig. I had several mags. I used to know a thing or two. Then I went cockers, and bashed mags , now I've got a new mag, and apparently forgot everything.

    Setup:
    X-valve, ULE body, Intelliframe
LX- 1.5 carrier (1 ring 1 dot) no shims, shortest spring.

When I air up the gun it either rapid fires a bit, or does nothing until I pull the trigger. If I pull the trigger, the bolt sticks (forward a bit), and air leaks out the barrel.

When I had my last Emag with ULE, I remember the bolt sticking on the detent. Could that be it? Could it be the lack of shims?

I'll try a bunch of stuff I seem to remember, but help would be appreciated.

Try going to the next 1/2 size carrier. Is it a totally new valve? If so, you have to wear the oring in a bit.

Otherwise, bring it sunday and somebody will look at it.
