    Warp on PF body

I'm debating on getting a Warp Feed. Its something i've wanted to do for a long time, but i've got a question about putting it on my current setup.

I am using a standard 68 classic Power Feed Right body, can I just put the warp feed on so it feeds from the bottom of the neck, or would I have to do some weird loop around thing? If I can, do i need to do anything special so that it won't just feed up into the top of the neck instead of the breech?

The warp feed comes with everything you'll need.

You can route the hose to the bottom of the powerfeed and then put the extended powerfeed plug into the top of the powerfeed- it'll move the ball into the breech just like the normal length ones.

Thanks. One more thing, can I fire a warped marker upside-down? Just a wierd thought that crept into my head.

You can fire off a few shots upside down and then the hopper has to feed the warp. It does tend to catch people by suprise!

Edited to add this: Just noticed you are in Hoptown! You will have to drop me a line when I get back in country so we can play together sometime.

my setup is just like the one you plan on setting up .. and the length of the hose from the warp to the bottom of the p/f gives you a burst of 7-9 balls that you can shoot upside down

How much does a Warp change your your style of play? Is it going to make holding my marker akward until i get used to it?

Maybe a little. You kind of hug your gun. I like it and I feel tighter when I play with it. I talk to the people I play with and they say it frustrates them sometimes. It looks to them like I am only looking at them and the next thing they know there is a stream of paint headed their way! It will take a little getting used to, but give it a few days of actual play and experiment with shooting positions and it will grow on you. Trina used to get hit in the hopper all the time and now, it just don't happen. AGD technology made training yourself to keep your hopper in obsolete!

for some the warp is a god sent for otheres its the devil. what i mean by that is some ppl the warp is the best thing they have ever used and it fits them perfect. for the others it feels akward and they can't stand it usealy front players say this because they can't switch hand while they are playing. thats why u'll see more often back players haveing warps+ the back players do shoot faster and angel more then others. that basicly what the warp had on ppl

I do have to agree that it is personal preferance. It did take a little getting used to. I do play mid/front and can fire out the left side just fine by rolling the gun over. Once again though, it is 100% personal preferance. Some people do not want to spend the time learning how to use their warp and others just can't stand it no matter how much time they put in with it. But I will say this...give it a try :)

i assume then, since you guys say you can't switch hands with a warp, that it sits too close to be able to slide your hand in between. Doesn't that throw the balance off?

To simplify the answer, lets just say it moves the center of balance (of the marker) a little further towards the center of your body. Unless you fire your setup with only one hand, you shouldnt be worried about problems with balance.
