    Long(er) Powerfeed Plug?

so I got me a warp feed for my ancient powerfeed left automag (serial #00455!).

The long powerfeed plug is too short. Was there a longer powerfeed (hirise?), and is there a powerfeed plug for it?

It looks like it's roughly 1 paintball too short. if I take it to a machine shop, how much should I have them cut off the top end to match the long feed plug.

for that matter, how much should I have them cut off so I can use a short powerfeed plug?

How much would AGD charge to do the cuts?

    many thanks...

If your interested I've got 2 PF black bodies that are both under 5 years old. I have an old EMag body w/ PF left and a minimag body PF right. Both of the bodies have the black teflon finish. If you are interested PM me.

Thanks, but I'm looking to get this set up as cheaply as possible, using as many of my stock parts as I can...

        a very hopeful UP

Surely I can't be the only person with a freakishly long powerfeed... can I?

If that's true, who wants to buy the only freakishly long powerfeed left automag body ever made? ;-)

real cheap, I'll trade for a silver ULE warp body... ;-)

          Quick/dirty/Ugly fix

Well, I realized I can cut the "ears" off the powerfeed plug handle, and use a pair of pliers to set it in it's proper place in the powerfeed, so I can at least use the warp until I get some measurements and whatnot.
